Testimonials

From birth, my life has been filled with multiple forms of trauma. Years ago, a woman asked me about my family and upbringing. Before I could respond, a good friend interjected as to somehow save me from responding, “Michele was born in the land of sorrows.” No statement has ever been more true.

Those in the mental health world classify me as having severe CPTSD. Although many saw me as a shining light, my body had indeed kept the score. I suffered tremendously for over twenty years. I was bed ridden, used both a walker and wheelchair at times. Doctors couldn’t figure out what was going on and for a while even thought I had M.S. I had been to every specialist, had every test and scan known to mankind, yet, no relief. I knew that this was no way to live, but couldn’t escape my daily nightmare of a life.

I’m not going to pretend to know HOW, but Britt patiently (VERY PATIENTLY as I was a handful…) worked with me. Not only has he set me free from my unrelenting chronic pain, he worked on my energy and my mindset. What a game changer that has been. I literally feel reborn.

When I say he saved my life, I couldn’t be more literal and serious. I don’t know how he does what he does. I just know he is unique and has a very special gift. Britt is humble and kind. As a victim of abuse, having a safe and compassionate space to work through my issues was priceless.

He’s a rare gem and I highly recommend him to anyone who is open to healing. He cares deeply for the wellbeing of his clients. Your success is his success. At his core, he just wants to help others. I am so grateful that he helped me.

Brittan has played such a meaningful role in helping me heal from one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. When I first came to him, I honestly wasn’t sure if I would be able to open myself up enough to face what I had been carrying.

There was a part of me that knew healing meant allowing myself to revisit emotions and memories surrounding my sexual assault that I had spent so much time protecting myself from. The thought of feeling any of it again was terrifying and I reexperienced my trauma so vividly that I went through a panic attack through the session. But throughout the entire experience, Brittan created a space where I felt safe, grounded, and supported.

He guided me through the process with such a calm and steady energy that I was able to surrender to it rather than be afraid of it. He calmed me down in seconds while helping me let go of that trauma. Something that had felt so deeply rooted within me began to release almost instantaneously.

What I appreciate most is that the healing didn’t end in that moment. I’ve felt the effects of it in my everyday life. I no longer feel like what happened to me has the same power to dictate my choices, my relationships, or the way I move through the world.

I’ve slowly been able to soften where I once felt the need to protect myself. I feel more comfortable around men again. I’ve allowed myself to be vulnerable, to trust, and to become open to creating meaningful relationships and connections again.

There are some things we carry so deeply that we don’t always realize how much they are influencing us until we finally begin to release them. I’m incredibly grateful to Brittan for helping me release something I thought I might carry forever.

If you feel like there is something within you that you haven’t been able to move through on your own, I genuinely recommend giving yourself the opportunity to experience his work. Sometimes healing begins with simply feeling safe enough to finally let go.

I lost my son to suicide several years ago. His death left me with a range of emotions: overwhelming grief, guilt, and depression. The what-ifs were never-ending, as I constantly questioned what I could have done to prevent his suicide.

Since working with Britt, I have made significant progress in coming to terms with my son’s death. The guilt and grief are now manageable, the what-ifs have subsided, and the depression has lifted. I can once again experience peace and happiness, feelings that had been foreign to me for many years. There is now light in my life, allowing me to find joy in the memories of my son.

Britt is a remarkable person. He is nonjudgmental and compassionate, with an intuitive ability to pinpoint the root of complex issues, gaining insight that extends beyond verbal communication.

Britt has helped me rediscover a sense of peace, happiness, and hope that I thought I had lost forever.

Working with Britt has had a significant impact on both my business and the way I approach it. His work has helped me gain clarity and certainty, eliminate unnecessary noise, and simplify a business that had become more complicated and expensive than it needed to be. Through working with Britt, I’ve been able to identify what truly matters, cut unnecessary expenses, reduce friction, and return to a much simpler, more focused, and highly effective business model.

The results have been tangible. Revenue has increased, costs have come down, and the overall quality of what we deliver has improved. More importantly, I feel clearer and more confident in my decisions and far less distracted by things that don’t contribute to the bigger picture. Britt has helped me get back to a place of focus, confidence, and simplicity, and has put both me and my business in the strongest position we’ve been in for many years. I’m extremely grateful for the impact he has had.

Working with Britt has been a very meaningful experience for me. He has an incredible ability to recognize deep-rooted fears and patterns that I didn’t realize were there, and bringing them into awareness has been empowering and life-changing. For example, I used to fear flying, and now I can travel across the country without having to take a four-day road trip. I’ve always felt completely comfortable being honest with him because he is incredibly non-judgmental, empathetic, and easy to talk to. He communicates very well and has been flexible with both in-person and remote sessions. I also really appreciate that he checks in afterward, it makes the whole experience feel more personal and supportive. I’m grateful for the work we’ve done together and the changes it has helped me make in my life.

I’ve worked with Britt for a year and a half. We meet every two weeks, and we add sessions when I need them. Britt is part energy worker, part healer, and part coach. I find Britt amazing, and the results show it. I trust Britt’s read on me and on my work. I’d recommend Britt to any leader who wants to grow.

I first began working with Britt in 2024, and from the first few minutes of meeting him, I felt there was something incredibly special about him. I knew almost immediately that he was a gifted human being who had been placed in my life for a reason. Over time, he’s created a safe, non-judgmental space for me to share openly and supported me through some of the deepest healing of my life. I’ve tried a lot of different approaches over the years, but I can say without a doubt that my work with Britt has had the most profound and lasting impact on how I live my life. He’s deeply intuitive, compassionate, generous, and kind. I’m incredibly grateful for the role he’s played in my healing and growth. I have recommended him to people in my life without hesitation, and I will continue to do so. Working with Britt has been a gift.

Britt offers sensitive and direct care for different complex blockages to spiritual and emotional energies flowing in the body. He has a rare and unique healing gift and perspective. He is able to change a person’s life and leave them feeling increasingly free to make choices that leave past hurt and trauma behind. As a Christian minister and person who has grown immensely through my own practice of Zen meditation, I can say that his way of being in relationship with me has provided healing in a unique way that I needed.
